Service level

Our customer support is open Monday to Friday between 0900h to 1700h CET. Usually you will get a response from our support team within 24 hours, expect if the support ticket is sent between Friday after 1700h and Monday morning before 0900h.


Languages

Our support language is primarily in English, however if someone in our support team can read and write in your language we will try to make our response in your local language.
